Fender supports for Lowbrow 4 3/4" fenders, Manta Ray or Sting Ray. I have been told they also fit 5" wassel fenders (see last photo)
I use CNC dies to form these in 1 step with a hydraulic press, very repeatable and symmetrical, they fit the contours of the fender very well. All supports are made from 3/16"x1" mild or stainless steel.
The short version is meant to be welded to a sissy bar, the ends are left long and will require trimming.
The long version is meant to be used as a standalone fender brace, the ends will need to be cut to length and holes will need to be drilled. They are setup to be used on frames with roughly 9" between the axle plates but can easily be opened/closed up for something else.
