This air cleaner adapter plate will adapt any CV style 3-bolt air cleaner to a 42mm or 45mm Mikuni MSR carburetor on an HD Evo or Twin Cam engine. 

**A carb support bracket is 100% needed to sandwich the adapter onto the carb, there is no provision to clamp the adapter to the carb, the o-ring creates the seal and the support bracket keeps it in place.
